Store collection and returns terms

Prices and payment: Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Product features, options and availability appear on the product page. The final total, any charges, payment methods and payment service terms are presented at checkout before you confirm your order. An order confirmation is sent by email. HTK does not charge a separate invoicing fee.
Free collection: Collect products from the office at Appelgrenintie 12, 10900 Hanko. Postal and home delivery are not offered. Arrange a time with Risto Alen before visiting: htk.risto@gmail.com, +358 40 0852 923. Collection is at the agreed time; a payment confirmation alone does not mean a collection time has been arranged. Provide the customer's name and order number. If a product cannot be supplied, we notify the customer and refund the amount paid for it. Any substitute is agreed separately.
Withdrawal: Products bought online have a 14-day right of withdrawal from collection. You may also withdraw before collection without giving a reason. This includes discounted products. Send a clear notice to tennishanko@gmail.com or use the store's withdrawal function or the form below. Include your name, order number and products. Simply failing to collect is not withdrawal.
Returns: Return without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to Hangon Tenniskerho ry, Appelgrenintie 12, 10900 Hanko. Arrange an office return time with customer service. Arranging a time does not require prior approval of your return or extend the deadline. Office returns are free. The customer pays direct postage costs for a non-defective product; HTK pays necessary return costs when investigating a defect.
You may inspect the product as in a shop. A reduction in value caused by more extensive handling may be deducted from your refund. Try shoes on a clean indoor surface. Missing original packaging alone does not remove your right of withdrawal.
Refunds: We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the product is returned or you provide evidence of sending it back. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with the customer, at no charge to the customer.
Defects and disputes: Contact customer service about a defective or incorrect product and provide the order number and issue. HTK is responsible for defects under Finnish consumer protection law. Expiry of the withdrawal period does not end statutory liability for defects. If we cannot resolve the issue, contact KKV's Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta) and then the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). These terms do not limit your mandatory statutory rights.

Course registration and cancellation terms

Registration: Content, age group, dates, location, price and participation requirements appear in the course description. A guardian registers a minor and is responsible for information accuracy. Payment is made at registration through checkout unless the description specifies another arrangement. You receive confirmation by email. The total price includes applicable taxes.
Cancellation: The general 14-day withdrawal right for goods does not apply to leisure courses provided on specified dates or during a specified period. Our terms are:
- At least seven days before the start: a full refund.
- Less than seven days before the start: a refund if another participant fills the place.
- A personal obstacle preventing participation in the entire course: a full refund if you notify us before the start. No reason or medical certificate is requested.
- A personal obstacle arising during the course that prevents participation for the remainder: a proportional refund for unused sessions remaining after your notice. No reason or certificate is requested.
- Individual missed sessions or absence without notice are normally not refunded.
Notify tennishanko@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include the participant's name, course and order or booking number. Do not send health information or a medical certificate. Refunds use the original payment method and are made within 14 days after the basis for the refund has been established.
Cancellation by HTK: If the whole course is cancelled, the full fee is refunded. If part is not provided and no replacement sessions are arranged, the corresponding share is refunded. Any replacement is agreed with the customer. Material changes are addressed with the customer. A gift card is not imposed instead of a refund the customer is entitled to. These terms do not limit your mandatory statutory rights.
